I have worked in the counseling field for 20+ years. I began my career as a high school teacher and guidance counselor, before making the transition to the private arena. I grew up in West Texas; and my husband, adult children, and I are all delighted to call San Angelo our home. My husband’s military career provided our family with the opportunity to not only expand our horizons, but also to appreciate a variety of cultural experiences. Although our travels took us away from family, I would not trade these adventures for the world.

Adjustment to new/difficult life circumstances, Anxiety, and Depression.

In the past, my main focus has been school age children, but am willing to work with adults, couples, and families.
Therapeutic Approach
I tailor my approach to the needs of the client. The therapeutic approaches that I utilize most are Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Transactional Analysis, and Reality Therapy.
